New details regarding the moments that allegedly led to Below Deck alum Trevor Walker’s DUI arrest have been revealed.

“I observed a vehicle in the distance approaching me in the opposite direction that appeared to be traveling at a high rate of speed, estimated to be approximately 75 MPH [in a 45 MPH zone],” an officer with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida claimed in a police report obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, April 7 . “I observed the vehicle to be approaching me rapidly on the two-way roadway.”

The officer continued, “The vehicle then traveled across the center dividing lane, partially entering the opposite lane of travel where my patrol vehicle was. Due to the vehicle entering my lane, I had to quickly swerve to the right and pull off the roadway to avoid being struck head-on by the vehicle.”

The officer wrote that he then quickly proceeded to initiate a traffic stop on a red Chevrolet Silverado. The man behind the wheel was later identified as Walker.

The driver “immediately became defensive and began asking ‘for a break,’” the police report claimed. “Walker began asking if I could ‘expedite this’ and if he could ‘help you out.’ Walker was visibly frustrated and stated that ‘he was f***ed.’”

When asked to rate how impaired he felt at the time — on a scale of zero to 10, with zero being sober — Walker allegedly stated he was at a two.

According to the officer, Walker refused a field sobriety test, breathalyzer and urine test. The officer claimed in the report, however, that “[I] could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath while speaking.”

Walker was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, committing a moving traffic violation, felony DUI and a separate misdemeanor theft charge. His license was seized and his next court date is April 24.

In an interview with The Post, Walker maintained his innocence and vowed to fight the charges.

“I was not under the influence and told the police that, but they still harassed me for a breath test and a field sobriety test. I have heard too many stories of people not under the influence blowing and it registering, and then later blowing at the jail and it does not register, and still they are charged with DUI,” Walker said in an interview published on April 2. “I am not convicted, and they have zero evidence. [I] simply left a friend’s house late after falling asleep watching a movie and waking up around 1 a.m. realizing I had to be at work in a few hours.”

According to the police report, Walker initially claimed that he was coming from an “ex-lover’s house,” but allegedly “changed his story and stated that he was coming from practice with his boys.”

Walker appeared in season 4 of Below Deck as a senior deckhand before he was ultimately demoted by Kelley Johnson after several tense moments with his coworkers.

The former reality star was ultimately fired by Captain Lee Rosbach and hasn’t returned to the franchise since.
