Junaid Khan, Sai Pallavi-led Ek Din released on Friday and received mixed to negative reviews. And here’s the bad news, as per recent BO reports, the film has earned even lesser on Day 2. Scroll down to know all about Ek Din’s box office performance.

Ek Din Box Office

As reported by trade website Sacnilk, Ek Din collected a net of Rs 1 crore across 1,765 shows on Day 2. Paired with its day 1 nett collection of Rs 1.15 crore, the film’s total India nett collection stands at Rs 2.15 crore.

Combining the film’s gross domestic and overseas incomes of Rs 2.57 crore and Rs 0.25 crore, respectively, the film’s current worldwide gross collection stands at Rs 2.82 crore.

About Ek Din

Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Ek Din stars Sai Pallavi and Junaid Khan. The film is directed by Sunil Pandey and produced by Aamir Khan, Mansoor Khan, and Aparna Purohit. This film marks Junaid Khan’s second theatrical release and Sai Pallavi’s Bollywood debut.

Giving the film a 2-star rating, Bollywood Bubble wrote in its review, “An official adaptation of the 2016 Thai romance One Day, Sai Pallavi and Junaid Khan’s Ek Din fails to create the magic the Chantavit Dhanasevi, Nittha Jirayungyurn-starrer did a decade ago. While the music is great and touches the audiences’ souls, the creepiness of Junaid’s character is a big turn off. Watch it in theatres only if you are a huge Sai fan, else wait till it releases on OTT.”
