Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a glimpse of her latest fitness pursuit, padel, joking that she has entered her “padel era” while training with yoga coach Anshuka Parwani. Kareena is a fitness enthusiast. From performing yoga asanas to indulging herself in strength training exercises at home, the Jab We Met star loves to explore different fitness routines to stay healthy, active, and in shape. However, she did not hop onto the padel trend when it became a go-to sport for fitness for many. Now, that has changed as the actress has stepped into a padel court.
Kareena Kapoor Enters Padel Court For FIRST Time
On Friday evening, she took part in a padel session. Sharing a picture from the court, she quipped, “Never say Never” as she entered her ‘padel era’. Kareena was accompanied by her yoga coach, Anshuka Parwani. In the picture, the actress can be seen posing in cool athleisure wear with her face covered in sweat after the session.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena is set to appear in Daayra, an investigative crime thriller directed by Meghna Gulzar. The film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran. In September 2025, the lead stars of the film shared glimpses from the first day of shoot, adding several BTS moments. “Day 1. 68th film Daayra with the most amazing Meghnagulzar and the real Prithvi…Send love and blessings,” Kareena wrote in the caption.
From holding a puja ceremony on the first day of production to discussing scenes with director Meghna Gulzar, trying look tests, shooting scenes, and reading scripts, the actor offered an intimate insight into their preparations. Director Meghna Gulzar dedicated a special post to mark the beginning of a journey of “blurred and crossed lines.”
Kareena was last seen in Crew, a 2024 heist comedy co-starring Tabu and Kriti Sanon. She also featured in The Buckingham Murders, a crime thriller released in September 2024, where she took on a more intense role.
