Nikki Garcia is taking extra precautions before her next WWE match by wearing a walking boot.

“I’m feeling great. I’m just getting some extra rest in, so I can be really ready for tomorrow,” Garcia, 42, said during a red carpet interview at the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony on Friday, April 17. “We have to win those tag titles!”

Nikki and her twin sister, Brie Garcia, are slated to compete in the Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four-Way on Saturday, April 18.

“I’m there,” Nikki stressed on Friday. “I would never leave Brie’s side ever. I’m still in it. I’m still there tomorrow, and we’re gonna go win those tag titles.”

Brie, also 42, further expressed her willingness to return to the ring.

“The Bella Twins are unstoppable,” Brie exclaimed. “Nothing stops us. We’re used to obstacles and we overcome everything.”

Nikki and Brie retired in 2022 before eventually returning to the ring late last year.

“Being a Hall of Famer is such an amazing achievement, but because we started in this business together and built such an empire, it’s the last thing,” Nikki exclusively told Us Weekly in March, noting the sisters dream to “one day [win the] WWE Tag Team Championships.”

Brie has long felt the same as her sibling.

“Nikki and I, we have been — and I say this proudly — one of the longest original tag teams,” Brie told Us last month. “Since the womb, we’ve been one of the greatest tag teams. When you look at the history of the women’s division of tag teams, Nikki and I — The Bella Twins — always stand out. We never got to go for those championships.”

According to Brie, it was her sister who inspired her to step into the ring once again.

“I think Nikki gave me the itch, and my kids also swore that I was never a wrestler,” she explained. “At 42, I want to prove it to myself. I want to challenge myself. I want to show my kids what Mommy can do.”

Brie shares two children with her husband, Bryan Danielson, while Nikki is mom of 5-year-old Matteo from her past marriage to Artem Chigvinstev.

“I also want to show all the women out there that [when] we become moms, we lose ourselves at times, but you can always come back and find yourself,” Brie added to Us. “Is it going to be challenging? Yes. We’ve already been training, it’s very challenging. It’s been good to feel uncomfortable and get ready for it. It’s been a great time.”
