When it comes to Olivia Jade Giannulli’s love life, mum’s the word.
“I will never speak on it, ever,” the influencer, 26, said in an interview with Bustle published on Tuesday, May 12. “That part of my life, I’m a completely closed book. I’m just going to be a mystery.”
Giannulli added that going to therapy helped her make the decision to keep that part of her life private.
“When I was younger, I wanted to say my piece a lot more. Now I don’t have that desire at all. I can vent to somebody in my private life about it,” she explained. “It’s just a feeling like, ‘Oh, I don’t really want to share that. That doesn’t really benefit anyone. That doesn’t really benefit me.’”

Giannulli has famously had an on-and-off relationship with Jacob Elordi since 2021. Over the years, the pair have been spotted together on several occasions amid multiple breakup reports. Their most recent breakup reportedly occurred in October 2025.
“It was very short-lived, and they were seeing each other for about a month before they figured out it wasn’t working again,” an insider exclusively told Us Weekly after Giannulli and Elordi briefly reconciled in September 2025. “Olivia has been in NYC, and Jacob has been filming and has his home base in L.A., so distance was a factor.”
Giannulli, who grew up in Los Angeles, opened up about relocating to New York City on a “whim.”
“My lease was up in L.A.,” she told the outlet on Tuesday. “And all my best friends live in the city.”
Earlier this year, Giannulli and Elordi, 28, were spotted together in New York City. The pair attended a screening of the actor’s movie Frankenstein in January. That same month, Giannulli and Elordi were seen on a casual outing in the city.
A source exclusively told Us at the time that while Giannulli and Elordi were broken up they still keep in touch.

“They never really stopped talking,” the insider explained. “They would text and check in. They always plan to see each other when Jacob is in NYC. Olivia has been spending most of her time in the city, and they usually connect when he is there.”
The source added that Giannulli and Elordi “aren’t putting a label on [their relationship] or seriously dating.”
“There are still strong feelings between them, and they do enjoy their time when they get to see each other,” the insider said. “Distance has always been the issue, but there is a lot of love there.”
